This policy explains how you may and may not use Imgen Studio. It applies to all generation, editing, upload, download, and sharing activity on our platform.
2. No Illegal Use
You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including:
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive commercial activity
- Harassment, threats, abuse, or targeted intimidation
- Promotion of violence, terrorism, or criminal conduct
- Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations
3. Sexual Content and Minors
The following content is prohibited:
- NSFW or pornographic content
- Explicit sexual content or sexual services
- Any sexual content involving minors or young-looking persons
- Sexual exploitation, coercion, or abusive fetish content
4. Deepfakes, Impersonation, and Real People
You may not use Imgen Studio to create or edit deceptive content involving real people, including:
- Deepfakes intended to mislead, defame, or impersonate another person
- Non-consensual face swaps or non-consensual explicit imagery
- False endorsements, fake interviews, or fabricated public statements
- Content that misrepresents a celebrity, public figure, brand representative, or private individual
5. Intellectual Property and Brand Abuse
You are responsible for the material you upload, prompt, generate, and distribute. You may not:
- Infringe another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
- Use the service to create counterfeit, knockoff, or brand-confusing material
- Upload or generate assets that you do not have the rights to use
- Present third-party models, brands, or companies as if they officially sponsor your work when they do not
6. Platform Security and Abuse
- No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass platform safeguards
- No malware, malicious code, or harmful files
- No attempts to evade usage limits, moderation, or billing controls
7. Enforcement
We may review content, investigate potential violations, remove material, limit access, suspend accounts, cancel subscriptions, or cooperate with legal requests when necessary to protect users, third parties, and the platform.
