These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Imgen Studio, an independent AI image platform available at https://gptimgen.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Imgen Studio is an independent third-party service. References to third-party models, providers, or brands are descriptive only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or any other model provider unless expressly stated.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity. This includes NSFW content, content involving minors, deepfakes, impersonation, copyright or trademark infringement, fraud, or malicious technical abuse. You are responsible for prompts, uploaded files, edited assets, and generated outputs you create or distribute through the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use your content and that your use of the platform does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
The platform, software, interface, and non-user content belong to Imgen Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission. Third-party model names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Certain features require a paid subscription or credits. Prices, plan details, and usage limits are displayed on the pricing page. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account billing area. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Because the service provides access to digital features and metered usage, refunds are generally not available for past usage or partially used periods. If you experience a billing error or a technical failure that prevents normal use of the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, supported models, pricing, or limits from time to time. We also may modify these terms by posting an updated version on this page.
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate service where necessary to protect users, third parties, payment partners, and the platform.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will always be accurate, suitable for a specific purpose, or continuously available without interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imgen Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
